Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of the day-today activities related to the airport operation, which include but are not limited to the safe and secure handling of passengers and aircraft. Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure a high quality product and operational performance objectives are met and a customer service focused culture is maintained. Assist in directing, maintaining and leading vendor services including ramp and aircraft appearance. Assist with station accounting, customer relations and budgetary compliances. Pre-planning and assisting with daily flight handling activity in regards to staffing, processing and compliance with corporate, local and government regulations for Continental. Liaison with local customs, immigrations and other local government entities. Responsible for the absolute compliance with all FAA/TSA and local authority guidelines in all operational activities in addition to the strict adherence to Continental's operational standards. Promote service excellence through coaching, guidance and leadership to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

At least three (3) years of experience in scheduled airline operations. Ability to communicate effectively with third parties and others in Continental Airlines at all levels. Must be a dedicated professional with a record of achievement in airline management. A proven ability to manage and motivate staff. Must be fluent in English (read, speak and write). Job requires physical labor and shift work. Must have leadership and presentation skills and have project management experience. Must be able to legally work in Ireland for any employer without sponsorship.
