Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating all in-service maintenance problems for entire station. Evaluate maintenance discrepancies and coordinate with the appropriate departments to accomplish a prompt resolution. Assign technicians and related personnel in accordance with schedule requirements. Responsible for developing and leading assigned maintenance personnel. Ensure maintenance activities are performed in full compliance with all Company, Manufacturer's and Governmental Regulations.

Qualifications

Must possess an Airframe and Powerplant (A & P) License. Ten years maintenance background, five of which directly supervise employees. High school graduate, some college preferred.  Strong people skills, with an ability to motivate the workforce.  Good communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Candidate must be able to clear fingerprint-based criminal history records check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the position. Position-specified clearances include but not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal service clearance. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and/or its territories.
