International City Ticket Office (CTO) / Group Supervisor Full-Time Position Caracas, Venezuela - CCS
Travel subject to service charges/restrictions. Bonuses awarded only under terms of Continental's policies.
Responsibilities
A City Ticket Office (CTO) Supervisor acts as the operational specialist, resource coordinator, key communicator, and coach. Ensures 'on-time performance' and 100% compliance with operational, administrative and sales goals. Reinforces consistent compliance with safety, security and Continental (CO) policies and procedures. Coordinates with Country Manager to adjust staffing as operation warrants. Ensures resources are available to meet operational objectives. Communicates with team members, Country Manager and other departments to optimize operational performance. Briefs agents on operational issues and information on safety, policy and procedures. Provides technical guidance to complete CTO activities in a timely manner. Reinforces positive agent performance. Works with Country Manager to identify agent training needs and compliance issues. Must ensure compliance with CO policies, procedures and audit guidelines.
Qualifications
Must possess sound leadership ability. Must be knowledgeable of Continental's CTO procedures. Must be a good communicator. Must be able to perform well in high pressure situations. Previous Ticketing/Reservations experience helpful. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word). Must be willing to adhere to Continental's dress code. Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Must comply with strict report deadlines. Must be able to work the ticket counter. Must possess excellent customer service skills and proven customer service work experience desirable. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak Spanish & English. Ability to work with team members or independently, as well as, to work and communicate with a variety of Continental employees. Ability to make sound judgment calls and resolve difficult situations on your own. Flexible to work any shifts and willingness to accept additional responsibilities. Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in Venezuela without sponsorship. Candidates must be able to obtain any necessary work permits to work in Venezuela on their own.
