Supervisor, Inflight Operations

Responsibilities

Enforce Company policies and procedures in a positive manner. Reinforce and recognize good job performance. Have the ability to counsel and take corrective measures as needed on a daily basis. Function effectively in the flight attendant work environment. Manage regular and irregular operations. Offer immediate follow-up to the flight attendants. Administrative duties such as staffing, flight attendant projections, employee status changes, FMLA processing and tracking qualification, vacation and uniform administration, invoice reconciliations and base transfers. Hotline related duties such as compiling and distributing daily operational hotline issues, tracking trends and resolutions, developing and distributing monthly hotline reports to senior leadership. Perform all other duties as requested.

Qualifications

Flexibility in work schedule.\ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit positive leadership. Management and Inflight background preferred. Works well in a team environment. Proficient in Excel, Word and Access. CMS, CCS, LAXVM system, On Demand preferred. **Position Reposted**
