International City Ticket Office (CTO) Agent 1 Part-Time Position Caracas, Venezuela

Travel subject to service charges/restrictions. Bonuses awarded only under terms of Continental's policies.

Responsibilities

Staffing the ticket counter, greeting customers, receiving and directing incoming calls. Preparing tickets, determining fares and routing to assure passengers' travel needs are met. Maintaining a neat and professional appearance by adhering to Continental's standards for uniform and dress. Provide customers with flight check-in tatus, seat assignments, future reservations, and other Continental product information while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills. Actively promote OnePass enrollments, pre-check in and direct sales. Must demonstrate leadership qualities, peer respect, and the ability to interface with high level Continental and partner airline customers effectively. Attend required staff meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required. Monitor and maintain city ticket office appearance, ensure they are clean, organized and all equipment is operational. Resolve difficult situations in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Must be able to work at the ticket counter. Must possess excellent customer service skills with proven customer service work experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak Spanish & English. Must have professional appearance. Ability to work with team members or independently, as well as, to work and communicate with a variety of Continental employees. Ability to make sound judgment calls and resolve difficult situations on your own. Flexible to work any shifts and willingness to accept additional responsibilities. Must be legally authorized to work in Venezuela for any employer without sponsorship.
