Responsibilities

Utilize analytical/technical skills to initiate plans and develop specifications involving basic design data, technical test equipment modifications, and equipment installation. Write engineering documents for product modifications, airworthiness compliance, repairs and program management on area of expertise. Responsible for all aspects of engineering within specified ATA. Interface with maintenance on troubleshooting procedures and support of light and heavy maintenance operations. Prepare technical drawings as required. Project management and special assignments as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Avionics, Aerospace) is required. 5 or more year's avionics engineering experience is required. Thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs especially Part 25 and 121) is preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
