Responsibilities

Pre-planning and preparation of flow charts and base maintenance checks. Production control for complete check from start to finish. Manage daily updates/adjustments to work flow. Total base maintenance package accountability and audit at maintenance station.  Procure check data for station on daily basis and generate daily and post event reports. Liaise with various departments. Coordination of meetings. Daily monitoring of station performance. Manage Job Orders and Work Orders. Assist with SCEPTRE transactions.

Qualifications

FAA A&P License required. Shift work required. 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, 5 years production control experience. Excellent knowledge of SCEPTRE. CAL base maintenance paperwork knowledge. Motivated self-starter. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent interpersonal and people skills. Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the position. Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal service clearances. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
