•Minimum of 3 years in a Fleet Maintenance Management, Maintenance Control, Fleet Reliability or related function.
•Airframes and Powerplants certificate (A&P)
Job Description:
•Reports to the Manager of Maintenance Control.
•Primary responsibility is the tracking and scheduling of the maintenance requirements for XOJET, Inc. Part 135 fleet.
•Manage programs and systems to ensure all maintenance scheduled on fleet aircraft conforms to the standards set forth in XOJET manual requirements, Federal regulations, and best industry practices.
•Ensure timely scheduling of maintenance in order to ensure effective fleet availability and reliability.
•Responsible for discrepancy management and reliability assessment.
•Issue ferry permits when approved by regulation and GMM authority.
•Ensure aircraft status forms and documents required by XOJET, Inc. GMM are accurate and current.
•Maintain all technical data and logs necessary to ensure compliance with XOJET’s Maintenance Standard as well as Federal regulations.
•Work with approved vendors to ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is performed in a cost effective, timely manner and to the XOJET Maintenance Standard.
•Work with a listing of qualified and approved vendors.
•Work within the warranty requirements of the fleet.
•Assist with the conformity process when brining new aircraft onto the Certificate.
•Has responsibility of maintaining a safe work environment and reporting any unsafe conditions to management.
•Work various shifts as required to support XOJET’s 24/7/365 operation.
Experience Desired:
•Five or more years of aviation experience.
•Experience with Part 135 operations.
•Four year degree in Business, Aviation Management or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree.
A successful person in this position is one who…can interpret XOJET policies and procedures in addition to regulatory requirements and can work independently with minimal supervision.
