Responsibilities

Provide technical, operations and training support to users of Company’s PC either by telephone or on-site relative to desktop hardware and software packages. Performs hardware diagnostics and coordinates repair. Investigates and resolves computer hardware and software problems. Installs and configures new equipment such as PC Workstations, Network Printers and other client based hardware. Maintains working knowledge of MS Office productions, Compaq Desktops, Toshiba Laptops and HP Printers. Able to interface with users at all levels of the Company, including outer stations and able to handle difficult end users. Assists and coordinates all Technology related projects and installations for CMI in order to be able to adequately support the new hardware or software.

Qualifications

• A+ Certification Preferred.

• College degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

• At least 2 years working experience in computer industry.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, including MS Office.

• Exposure to the airline industry is desired but not required.

• Able to work under pressure, after hours and on weekends.

• Able to work in environments that require bending, crawling underneath desks and lifting over 30 pounds.

• Able to work unsupervised and meet established goals.

• Must be willing to travel and have a valid US passport.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Adaptability to changes in project requirements and business needs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate communication and easily deal with staff at all levels in the corporation.

• Strong initiative and self-directed with a take charge approach to work.
