Responsibilities

Oversee call routing services for Domestic and International call centers. Design and maintain toll free number plan to achieve maximum productivity. Create and maintain disaster recovery routing plans. Research and implement new technology to enhance efficiency. Provide technical assistance for telecommunication systems, voice network design, traffic engineering and problem resolution; facilitate the ordering and installation of local and long distance circuits. Work with Project teams to plan, create, implement, monitor and maintain scripting changes required when adding new technology. Monitor real time call routing; report and open tickets for voice network and call routing issues.

Qualifications

Cisco ICM experience required. AT&T Route It experience preferred. Call center call routing experience required. Strong analytical and problem assessment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure. MS Office skills required. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
