Responsibilities

Directly supervise complete terminal operations function in a large station city. Promote service excellence through employee coaching process. Create a positive work environment through communications and support. Ensure workplace/employee safety and adherence to regulatory requirements. Implement activities in a cost effective manner. Input eTA payroll. Coaching and counseling agent performance. Resolve difficult customer related issues and irregular operations. Responsible for administrative duties and daily employee schedules controls. Ensure all TSA Security Directives are followed. Meet all station goals relating to On-Time Performance, MBR, Baggage Delivery, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

Must have sound written and verbal communications skills. Must possess ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors and customers. Must demonstrate excellent leadership, motivational and administrative skills. Minimum 4 years airline experience preferable in airport operations and good PC skills. Must be able to work all cross utilized positions in a cross utilized station. College education preferred. Demonstrate willingness to work all shifts and perform above and beyond in all situations. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship. Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the position. Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal service clearances.
