Degree(s), Certification, Professional Training or Skills Required:
Aviation related experienced required: Charter sales, quoting, scheduling, dispatching, etc.
In depth understanding of FAA Regulations governing the operation of part 91 and part 135 flights with respect to aircraft and crew.
Understanding of performance and specs, competitive market pricing and operations, aviation related weather and other ATC processes.
Experience in extremely high level customer service environment.
Ability to operate, multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maniacal attention to detail.
Job Description:
Primary point of contact within PCS for all customer facing activities, communications and tasks.
Possess a thorough, in-depth understanding of the optimum utilization of XOJET, Inc. aircraft on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Interface with Director of Operations and Chief Pilot to ensure all trips are quoted, scheduled and executed in compliance with all applicable FAA Regulations.
Possess a well informed, innate and timely knowledge of the charter market.
Anticipate demand and lack thereof in advance and adjust selling position accordingly while ensuring profitability.
Receive incoming requests for quotes, trips and other information and services. Interface with clients for the delivery of all requests.
Prepare charter quotations and provide to clients in a timely manner.
Follow up on charter quotations; aggressively sell those which assist in optimizing utilization of the aircraft.
Manipulate and adjust aircraft schedule continuously to ensure optimization.
Interface with Flight Services Team to ensure all customer and crew requests are scheduled and confirmed.
Interface with flight crew members to relay all trip information, (Crew Briefings.)
Monitor trips in progress to ensure execution of trips are planned and/or make adjustments as dictated by customer request or unanticipated factors which may affect the completion of the flight as planned; (Weather, ATC delays, etc,.)
Interface with international trip planning and handling vendor(s) to ensure international trips are quoted, planned and executed feasibly.
Interface with Accounting Department to ensure accurate invoicing at the completion of every trip.
Experience Desired:
4 year degree preferred.
FAA Dispatch Certificate helpful but not mandatory.
